It was packed and there wasn't any drama with seating at all. I'd be beyond shocked if this was a regular occurrence. From a management perspective...it just isn't worth the hassle. There were also MASSIVE problems with movietickets.com last week. It took me six attempts to confirm our seats. I suspect it was an issue on their end. That said...this manager sounds like a giant douchebag and your main point is very true. Don't screw with your customers. We actually went to see the movie at 7:30 in the director’s hall at the same theater that night. It was packed and there wasn’t any drama with seating at all.
