Be here now, is not only a book, but it is a feeling that has inspired millions of people all over the world. The core idea of the book is about spiritual awakening and attention at the present moment.

Human mind has been created in such a way that it always finds a reason to be dissatisfied. It keeps pondering, either in the past or in the future. Even if we reach the destination we desire, our mind tends to adjust its comfort levels according to the situation. After a few days, we feel comfortable, then again, we create a new destination and this vicious cycle goes on and on and on.

What if we are fully satisfied?

It can be both good and bad for us because then, we won't have any reason to wake up in the morning. When we realize this, then is the point where we start our journey.

This is the journey of a man to enlightenment. I don't want to give a spoiler but I want to share one scenario of this book that can help us to fight procrastination.

Our brain loves to roam around free, even when we get tensed about focusing in the limited time, it loves to walk around in the past or future. Till the time of realization, it is too late.

So, one hack which I loved in this book was that every time we think or talk about such things we can recite "BE HERE NOW". This is a powerful affirmation to get ourselves back into the present moment.

One more affirmation I saw in the author's subsequent video was " I love awareness".

If you think this was valuable, then like the blog to let the google algorithm spread it to like-minded people.
