How to stay motivated all the time?

Have you ever noticed, why we start losing motivation even before it gets started?


Dictionary describes motivation as "stimulating the interest" but for the meaning, you need to dig deep inside the human psychology and day-to-day observance.


I always had this one question which I am sure most of you have thought of ~ Cool but how to retain motivation?


So, one day when I was working out, I felt a loss of enthusiasm and energy. For the next two days, I felt the same but on the third day, I was energized and I worked out effortlessly. When I gave it a thought to observe the difference, I found a major change in my emotions on the days I feel motivated and the days I don't.

Turns out, an amazing poet John Keats wrote it in his poem A Thing of Beauty.


“And such too is the grandeur of the dooms

A trigger of motivation instills in our body when we get inspired by somebody. Glorious people have a massive effect on our lives. When I saw an amazing movie about the legendry athlete Milkha Singh, the Flying Sikh of India, I felt energized and worked out that day. My emotions saw a tremendous change when I saw the protagonist working so hard. Now, whenever I work out, I play its music.


Similarly, I wanted to start this blog page but I wasn’t confident enough, then, when I heard about Mark Zuckerberg and his blog, I felt that I can also write it.


All the extreme motivational videos only last for few hours and then you again need motivation. Then again you watch such videos and the cycle goes on and on.


Have you ever thought why?


Such videos just manage to get most of your dopamine by showing you glorious ways to success in few minutes and then when you don’t see that working, you again go to such videos to get instant motivation.


Motivation can be continuous in your lives only when you get inspired by people daily. Motivation is a feeling, like we get hungry. It’s a void that we have to fill every single day.


This is how I overcame unmotivated behavior and I hope you learnt something from it.
