Avoiding work and reality has become a major problem today. It’s not that we don’t want to work and it's not that we don’t want to receive the benefits after doing that work, it's just that our dopamine levels are too high to do boring work that does not release the same amount of dopamine as you release when you do interesting tasks.

The best part in this situation is that those tasks which your mind tags as interesting and releases most of the dopamine are just bait for you and psychological tricks to hack your mind and earn money through it.

Video games, social media, O.T.T, etc., attract your attention so much because they release a lot of dopamine in your body which mundane work can’t release.
